At SasthaMart, every product is crafted and packed with devotion and care. However, we understand that sometimes a return or refund may be necessary.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
🧾 General Policy
By purchasing from SasthaMart.com, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding returns, replacements, and refunds.
We aim to maintain transparency and fairness for all our customers while ensuring that our handcrafted products are respected and handled properly.
📦 Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete.
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns will be accepted only after our support team verifies the condition and reason for return.
🚫 Ineligible for Return or Refund
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Custom-made or personalized temple products.
- Used, damaged, or altered items after delivery.
- Products without original packaging, invoice, or proof of purchase.
- Clearance, discount, or “final sale” items.
Such products are considered ineligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
💰 Return Charges & Deductions
Every approved return will incur the following charges:
- Shipping cost (for both delivery & return) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- An additional 30% of the product price will be deducted as restocking and handling fee.
These charges cover inspection, repackaging, and transaction processing costs.
⏱️ Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product at our warehouse.
- Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–15 business days to the original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Refund amount will reflect based on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged items, subject to availability.
- Custom or personalized items cannot be exchanged.
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery with photo proof of damage.
📬 Return Process
- Contact our support team via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your Order ID, product photos, and reason for return.
- Our team will verify and approve your return if eligible.
- Ship the product securely back to the address provided by our support team.
- Refund will be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
